In 2017, the Executive Leaders appointed an Executive Administrator to assist with event planning and coordination, including documenting board meeting minutes. This role is designed to complement, not replace, the WSAGF Secretary by providing additional support. In 2018, a Coordinating Committee was formed to assist the WSAGF Executive Leaders with their events. Each regional Superintendent is expected to nominate a representative skilled in information technology and communications who also demonstrates a high level of spiritual maturity. In 2024, additional support was added for regional dissemination of information. Five Secretaries were added. The name has been changed to WSAGF Support Group.

These representatives provide technical advice, conduct research, communication networking, and carry out other tasks as assigned by the WSAGF Executive Leaders. The decision to accept or release these representatives from their support role rests with the WSAGF Executive Leaders.
